Since 2017, he has been embedded in the cybersecurity community, not as an observer, but as a contributor. He founded CyberSec People to bridge the gap between fast-moving tech companies and the elite security talent that doesn't exist on job boards. He specialises in retained executive search for first-time security hires (CISOs, Heads of Security) and strategic team builds across APAC and the US. Ricki is a co-organiser of BSides Gold Coast and a regular Career Village coach at Black Hat.
